Our shop is a small family-run tea factory.

 Its main functions are a tea factory and an office. 

We also have a small shop for local customers.

 If the owner is not there to deliver or manage the tea plantation, it may be difficult to respond to customers.

 If you would like to meet with the owner, please contact us in advance to confirm the schedule.

We may also be able to respond smoothly if you send us your questions or inquiries by email in advance. 

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

● We are busy during the tea harvest season (late April to late May) and it is difficult to respond courteously.

● It is also difficult to respond to questions and inquiries when the owner is not there.

● If you would like to meet with the owner, please contact us in advance to confirm the schedule.

● We cannot speak foreign languages. If the owner is there, we will use a translation app to assist you.

 ● If you contact us by email or chat on the web shop before coming to the store, we can answer your questions smoothly.

● We also sell roasted green tea and black tea made only from our own tea leaves.

● We sell green tea (Guri tea) that is a blend of our own tea leaves and tea from other areas in Japan.

● We do not manufacture or sell matcha.

● We do not provide tours to the tea farm.

● There is only one parking space.

● Payment is by cash only.

茶工場と事務所が主な機能ですが、地元のお客様向けに小さい店舗も併設しております。

店主が配送や茶園の管理で不在の場合、お客様へのご対応が難しい場合がございます。

●ほうじ茶と紅茶は自園茶葉のみを使用したお茶も販売中

●緑茶(ぐり茶)は自園茶葉と国内他産地のお茶をブレンドして販売中

●抹茶は製造も販売もしておりません
